Role Overview:

As Marketing & Communications Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies to strengthen brand positioning, drive market share, and engage customers globally.

This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and global communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction across all markets.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, and traditional channels to maximize reach and engagement.
• Manage global media relations and corporate communications to enhance brand reputation.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency and localization of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or related field
• Proven track record in global brand management within consumer electronics or FMCG.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
